Philippians 4:4-4:5~

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

We hope everyone is having a Blessed Fall!

I have so enjoyed all of the pictures on your Blogs of the leaves changing and fall activities!

Here we have cooled down into the 80's which feels just lovely.

Warm enough for October noodle races..

And cool enough for picnic days in the park!

Last week we had our "Big" ultrasound of the baby. We have had the same Sonographer for all of our children since our third child. She knows our family well by now , and always makes it so fun for the children.

She takes her time time and shows all of the anatomy. Eben and Joel were quite taken with the whole thing. The didn't believe us at first that they would be able to see the baby in Mama's tummy! They loved it but poor Joel was confused as we left he wanted to know why they didn't give us the baby. After seeing the little hands and feet he didn't want to wait any longer.

So, we are happy to announce we are having us another little baby BOY!

We are very happy !!!

That brings the total to 8 boys and 4 girls for those keeping score :o)

Oh, Renee! :) Congratulations!!! What a sweet thing.

My husband has a question for you-- how does your family handle "scrapping"-- you know how little boys love to wrestle, play fight, tumble around together, etc... it's great around here and they love it and both thrive on it (our 6 & 4 year olds)... but one time out of five, someone gets hurt and then it's no fun at all and usually ends with our 4 year old trying to deck our 6 year old. So would you be willing to share how do you guys handle that?

Anyway, many, many congratulations. I love seeing and hearing about your precious family.

Congratulations on your newest boy! I just found out I'm having my third girl in three years (I also have a boy who's four), so we're going to have a little princess house over here.

Congratulations again!

Renee, your family is so amazingly beautiful! Thanks for the great pictures! I've been thinking about Wee Babe a lot lately as I'm getting ready to move to Ethiopia and learning about malnutrition and refeeding babies. He was my first experience with this, and I love seeing him growing into such a healthy, beautiful little boy!

I so miss you posting. You're such an encouragment. I hope you are being blessed while you are not able to blog much because we all love you. Crazy, since we've never met IRL, but true.

Glad all is going well.
