Proverbs 17:22~

We had a really fun and busy weekend. Our friends 4 children were with us for 3 days and we had a lot going on at church and TKD testing and just life with "16" children.

Unfortunately we have a respiratory bug running through the house. Jim, Sweet Pea, and the Little Fella were sick all weekend and this a.m. we have 4 girls with fevers, coughs, and sore throats.

They moved down to our spare room this a.m. to watch a movie and rest.

Our Sweet boys have taken up nursing duty. They seriously did this on their own without my prompting.

Laughter is good medicine, so they should all be well soon...

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

Renee,
Praying for your little ones. We just had the respiratory bug in our home which caused our asthmatic son to spend a 3 night stay in the hospital.

When you get a chance, could you give us some advice in regards to adopting. How did you manage to afford the adoption fees for 5? We feel very strongly that we are to start the adoption process again this year. We adopted 2 from Guatemala with the last one being 7 years ago. I can't believe it has been that long!!! We really feel like we are to adopt a sibling group....like up to 4. So that puts Ghana out as they will not let you adopt large sibling groups they split them apart. (so sad). Anyway we are just looking at the finanical part of it right now.

Thank you!!

In Christ,
Tracy

Love the boys delivering sanitizer and nourishment. lol

Since all grown up ladies love a gentle, caretaking, and humorous young man, I expect your boys will be wonderful husbands someday. :D

Tis true what Deborah said. Even sickness seems like a bonding and learning moment.

Sorry to read the girls are sick. We will be praying for them.
