"Our Daddy may have only had a third grade education, but he could read the King James Bible, " says Helen Ashe. He taught us three things: 1. There is but one race-- the human race. 2. There is but one Father--the Heavenly Father. 3. Never take the last piece of bread from the table. (Helen Ashe co-founder of the Love Kitchen)"

OOPS! I meant to include the link for the Etsy Shoes our friends are selling..

I tried to find an email address for you, but couldn't. I hate leaving this long, unrelated note on this post. Feel free to delete it!
My name is Heather. I'm a fellow adoptive mom, blogger, and I advocate for an organization called Mercy Project who is freeing kids from slavery in Ghana. I've been to your blog off and on throughout the years, and thought you might be interested in something we're doing on Labor Day.
We're trying to get 100 Mommy Bloggers to help us raise awareness (not money) on Labor Day about child trafficking/labor in Ghana and what Mercy Project is doing to free kids from slavery. With your connection to Ghana, I thought you might be interested.
To keep this as short as possible, I'm just going to give you a couple links. If you're interested or have questions, feel free to email me.
